Patna: A sensational case has come to light from Samastipur district of Bihar. Here, a young man has been beaten to death for refusing to give him a bicycle. As per reports, the incident took place on Monday evening at Kachari Gachi in Mohiuddinnagar. The deceased has been identified as Bhushan Paswan (25 years), son of Shatrughan Paswan, resident of Mohanpur OP area. After getting the information, the police reached the spot, took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. On the other hand, people angry with the murder created a ruckus on the spot. After a lot of persuasion by the police, the angry people calmed down.

SHO Sonu Kumar Gupta of Mohiuddin Nagar police station has informed that the incident took place when Kishan Dev went to Bhushan Paswan's house to ask for a bicycle. When Bhushan refused to give him the bicycle, an argument broke out between the two, which soon turned into a scuffle. Kishne Deva started beating Bhushan and hit him on the head with a stick, seriously injuring him. Bhushan was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The police have started raids to arrest the accused. Police said that the investigation report is awaited. The relatives of the deceased have accused 3 people. On the other hand, according to police sources, both Kishan Dev and the deceased Bhushan Paswan used to do toddy business in the past. Police is also probing the matter regarding mutual enmity. But, the real reality behind the murder can be known only after the investigation. After this incident, anger spread in the area and the local people blocked the road in protest against the murder. However, after a lot of struggle, the police persuaded the people to end the blockade.
