Politician and social worker Pramod Rathod has now dived deep into the digital space to bring a positive impact on society.
Based in Sambhaji Nagar, he hails from the Banjara community. From an early age, Pramod has been working towards uplifting society by helping the people of his community. As the digital medium is booming, Pramod Rathod is making his work reach a larger audience by communicating his message through social media platforms.
The most positive aspect is that individuals can convey their message to the masses in a short time. Moreover, social media is considered a platform only for the youth, but with people of different age groups being present, Mr. Rathod is carrying out several campaigns in the digital sphere.
So far, the BJP group leader has held many positions and has led a number of responsibilities under his name. Speaking about integrating social media tools in his work, Pramod said, “Earlier politicians communicated through speakers, radio, television and newspapers. But now social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are helping me in getting substantial boost which costs less than the traditional marketing tools.”
Additionally, Pramod Rathod wants to stay connected to the public and let them know about his works through his political campaigns. “In politics, communication counts the most. The better your marketing skills, the better you will be than the opposition parties. Therefore, I ensure that my political campaigns are unique and informative. I feel that social media determines electoral outcomes and it is helping me do better for people on a larger scale”, he added.
Among different responsibilities and roles, Pramod Rathod has formerly worked as the Deputy Mayor of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation. He was even appointed as the corporator of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation twice in 2010 and 2015. A qualified Civil Engineer with an MBA degree in Human Resources, Mr. Rathod upgrades his skills frequently and amplifies them in day-to-day work.
