Mumbai: Today (November 8, Monday) has completed five years of the demonetisation decision taken by the Modi government at the Centre. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut and NCP leader and Minister Nawab Malik have targeted the Modi government at the Centre today. In fact, Nawab Malik has tweeted. In addition to this tweet, he also held a press conference today. He termed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's demonetisation decision as a complete failure.

At a press conference, he said, "Today is five years since demonetisation, no black money has come back, corruption has not come down and terrorism has not stopped. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, on the other hand, also termed demonetisation as a total disaster and a quadrupling of the economy. He also demanded that the Central Government apologise to the country for the decision.

Talking to media today, Sanjay Raut said, "Five years after the demonetisation decision, black money has increased in the country today. Terrorism has increased in Kashmir. That is, demonetisation has proved to be a total disaster for the country. After the demonetisation came into force, many people lost their lives, many lost their jobs. The Central Government apologises to the country for this failure of demonetisation.
