Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh said, "Investigation is going on in the case of lathi-charge on teacher candidates on Monday. A committee has been formed in this regard and an investigation has been started. Appropriate action will be taken against the culprits after the inquiry report comes.'' At the same time, candidates have been appealed to speak in the appropriate forum. At the same time, protest at a pre-decided place for the protest. Apart from this, the DM said that till August 25, there is no permission for demonstration or procession in any area of the Patna Sadar subdivision other than Gardanibagh.
