Deoghar: The controversy over entering the ATC room of Deoghar Airport in Jharkhand is increasing. In fact, now an FIR has been registered in Delhi on the complaint of BJP MP Nishikant Dubey in this case. Yes, and it is being said that charges of sedition have been made against the District Commissioner (DC) of Deoghar. Let us tell you that Delhi's North Avenue Police has registered a zero FIR and it is being said that now this FIR will be sent to Kunda police station in Jharkhand for further investigation.

Talking about this whole case, the case is of September 1. Earlier, an FIR was lodged against 9 people including BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, and Manoj Tiwari from Godda at Kunda police station in Jharkhand. According to reports, the case was registered on the complaint of Suman Anand, security in-charge of Deoghar airport. In this case, it is alleged that BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Manoj Tiwari entered the Air Traffic Control (ATC) room in Deoghar without permission and allegedly pressured the airport authorities to approve the take-off of the chartered plane. BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari and Kapil Mishra reached Deoghar on September 1 in a chartered plane.

The BJP delegation had gone to meet the family of Ankita, the student who was burnt alive in Dumka, and after returning from Dumka, the BJP leader reached Deoghar airport. After that, the flight was allowed only till 6 pm, but the MP was accused of forcibly taking clearance at 5:30 pm and the matter reached the police station. Deoghar airport director Sandeep Dhingra has also been named in the FIR in the case.
