New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is using Twitter to target Modi Government. He has surrounded the central government over the China issue. He has commented on the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and defence minister and the Minister of State for Home affairs on the ongoing dispute with China. Rahul has said in his tweet, "PM spoke that no one rammed into the border and now the Minister of State for Home Affairs said that there was no encroachment". In his tweet, Rahul writes, "Understand chronology: PM said that no one rammed into the border, then took a heavy loan from the China-based bank, then the defence minister said that China encroached into the country. Now, the Minister of State for Home Affairs said that there was no encroachment. Is the Modi government with the Indian Army or with China?"

Amidst the stalemate with the Chinese army in the eastern region of Ladakh in the past, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Tuesday that "India is committed to resolving the border issue peacefully but any attempt by the neighbouring country to unilaterally change the status quo will be unacceptable." In addition, he had said that "We are facing a challenge in eastern Ladakh. We also want to resolve the issue peacefully and our armed forces stand firm to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country".

When the defence minister gave this statement, the Congress members also wanted to speak on this issue, but Chairman Om Birla did not allow them. Later, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary and Gaurav Gogoi of the Congress said, "They also have the right to speak". And in view of this, the Congress members staged a walkout from the house in protest.
