Shah Rukh Khan's action thriller 'Jawan', directed by Atlee, is gearing up for its release in Japan. The film, which earned a staggering Rs. 1,148 crore worldwide upon its global release in September 2023, features SRK in a dual role battling corruption.

Scheduled for November 2024, 'Jawan' marks Atlee's debut in Hindi cinema and will be distributed in Japan by Twin, known for frequently bringing Indian films to Japanese audiences. Advance ticket sales are set to commence five months ahead, starting on July 5. Ticket buyers will reportedly receive exclusive posters featuring Shah Rukh Khan from the song "Chaleya".

Japanese game designer Hideo Kojima, who previously praised SRK for 'Pathaan', also shared a picture of 'Jawan'. Kojima described the film as pure entertainment, echoing his admiration for SRK's previous work.

In September 2023, Kojima had tweeted his enthusiasm for 'Pathaan', saying, "I saw the Indian movie 'PATHAAN' in IMAX! Well, it was awesome! I was numb! It opened my blood vessels! It was a MAD MAX level of energy!"
