Shamli: Cases of love jihad are on the rise. Now another Hindu girl died in a new case that has come to light. In this case, the girl has been identified as Komal Sharma of Yamunanagar in Haryana. The accused, Sameer Ahmed, is a resident of Jhinjhana town in the Shamli district of Uttar Pradesh. Yes and according to media reports, the young woman committed suicide about three months ago.
The matter came to light when her sister-in-law approached the Shamli district magistrate on November 7, 2022, with the woman's suicide note. In this case, it has been told in the complaint that Sameer and Komal were contacted through Facebook. Sameer then introduced himself as a Hindu and married Komal 5 years ago. In the meantime, she was aborted several times. After that, he started blackmailing Komal and himself came and started living in Shamli.
Amidst all this, Komal came to know that she was a Muslim and in shock, she committed suicide. Komal's sister-in-law has said that she has been delayed in complaining due to her child's ill health and her husband's death. It has also been said that Sameer is threatening them too to stop legal action. According to the report, Shamli DM Jasjit Kaur has instructed the police to investigate. Shamli police have also confirmed this by tweeting.
Komal had also written a suicide note before she died. This note has also been given by her sister-in-law along with her complaint. In this, Komal has told that after a few days of marriage, Sameer started torturing her. He demanded money from her. He threatened to send private photos to her family members and put them on social media. Threatening to kill her, he said will sell you like animals. Not only this, but the suicide note also accuses Sameer's mom and brother of threatening her.
