Lucknow: Shivpal Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav have again started arguing ahead of next year's proposed assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. Progressive Samajwadi Party National President Shivpal Yadav has lashed out at Akhilesh Yadav and Samajwadi Party (SP) this time. Shivpal, who attended an event, said that he had sought respect like the Pandavas, but now there will be war with the Kauravas.

Shivpal, who arrived in Etawah to inaugurate a showroom, said, 'Now there is only war because no one could have killed Dronacharya and Bhishma. The Pandavas had asked for only 5 villages and gave the entire state to the Kauravas. Similarly, I had asked for respect from my colleagues, but now I am tired of waiting. Even today I called. Messaged. Talk is necessary to talk. It is also necessary to remove the BJP, but nothing has happened so far.'

Shivpal Yadav also mentioned Lakhimpur violence at the event. He said, 'Yesterday when we were going to Lakhimpur, we were also house arrested.  I dodged the police, we left, but as soon as we left Lucknow, the police came to know, they barricaded and arrested us.'
