Bhopal: Elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh at the end of the year, due to the election year, the Chief Minister of the state is making announcements one after the other. But it seems difficult to complete these announcements on time. Let us tell you that the Chief Minister of the state Shivraj Singh Chouhan had returned to power for the fourth time in March 2020 and till date has made about 2300 announcements in these three years and out of this about 1200 announcements are still incomplete. Completing these announcements ahead of time will be the biggest challenge for the Shivraj government.

State assembly elections are to be held in November this year and just before that, the code of conduct may come into force in the month of October. So from this assessment there is not much time to fulfill the announcements made by the government. The government will have to fulfill its promises within about 4 months. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is also engaged in continuous review, so that the promises made in the announcements can be fulfilled on time. But it will not be easy for the Shivraj government to fulfill these announcements in such a short time.

While talking about various works in urban areas, the Chief Minister has made more than 400 announcements so far in his tenure and only 50 percent of these have been completed. It is to be known that many corporations have been left out from the BJP in the last civic elections and in such a situation, if the government could not fulfill these promises in time, then it may have an impact on the assembly seats as well.

The Shivraj government has promised many big gifts in the state's metropolis Bhopal and Indore, under which many gifts of roads, bridges and culverts are included. Along with this, the work of the metro project of the central government is also going on and its trial run is also to be held in the month of July, now it has to be seen whether the metro will be able to run on track before the elections or not?

The Shivraj government of the state is also being besieged from time to time by the Congress. Former Chief Minister and PCC Chief Kamal Nath often calls Chief Minister Shivraj a declaration machine. Taking a dig at the BJP government of the state by the Congress, many targets are being targeted for their announcements. In such a situation, there is a lot of pressure for the Shivraj government of the state to complete the announcements on time.
