These days crimes against minor girls are increasing day by day. In yet another Horrific two-year-old was allegedly abducted from a road and then raped in the cabin of a truck by a driver of the truck. The incident took place in the City Light area of Gujarat’s Surat on Tuesday.

The 2-year-old girl innocent girl sustained severe injuries in her private parts, has been admitted to a hospital. The accused has pushed a cloth piece into the minor girl’s mouth to prevent her from shouting for help. The 25-year-old man was caught red-handed while committing the crime, around six kilometers away from the spot from where the girl was kidnapped.

The police patrol team saves the girl’s life.  Police said, the accused identified as Shubhdeep Balkishun, a native of Dhanotiray village in Devariya of Uttar Pradesh has been arrested for the alleged kidnapping, rape the minor. An FIR in this regard was lodged by the minor rape survivor’s father who lives in the Magdalla area in Suratcity.

The truck driver has been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.  According to the reports minor girl was kidnapped at around 2 am from the City Light area where she lives under a flyover bridge with her family.

The accused was forcibly taking away the girl, a young boy from the victim’s family woke up and raised an alarm seeing the minor being kidnapped in a dumper truck. The minor girl’s parents woke up hearing the screams of the boy and rushed to stop the accused but he managed to escape in the dumper truck that he was driving.

A police control room (PCR) van on patrol duty reached the spot after a few minutes. The PCR van then took the parents along and drove in the direction where the truck escaped. Around six kilometres away from where the girl was abducted. The police said, "After spotting the truck, police rushed towards it and found the accused was with the minor. The minor's mouth was stuffed with a cloth piece. The police immediately shifted the minor to hospital.”
