The crime against women are increasing day by day. In a yet another shocking incident, A man was arrested for stabbing his girlfriend 49 times. As per the information, The man reportedly killed the girlfriend after being persuaded several times to marry her. Police have identified the accused as Jagannath Goda.

As per the information, the victim has been identified as Kunidar Seemadas. The accused reportedly requested Seemadas to come to Gujarat’s Surat with him on the pretext of exploring the city. The accused then took his girlfriend Seemadas to a deserted location and allegedly brutally stabbed her 49 times until she died. After committing the horrific incident he dumped the body at a secluded location and returned to Bhubaneswar.

After the body of the victim recovered from the deserted place , the police launched an investigation and received a significant tip from the t-shirt the victim was wearing. The police conducted investigations at the train station and bus stops. Police traced and then arrested Goda from Bhubaneshwar and he was booked under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
