Chhatarpur: BJP MLA from Chandla area in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, Rajesh Prajapati, is accused of beating up a family in village Muderi on Friday by the MLA and his associates. Their house was set on fire. The incident is said to be of a land dispute. Police have said that action will be taken after investigation.

According to the information received, a house was set on fire due to a land dispute at village Muderi under Lavkushnagar police station of Chhatarpur district and a huge lathi was fired in which half a dozen persons were injured. The injured Rammilan Shukla alleged that the land was being damaged on the orders of the tehsildar. It was then that Chandla MLA Rajesh Prajapati and his brother-in-law Vinay Singh along with their accomplices came and beat them with sticks and sticks.

It is being said that Chandla MLA Rajesh Prajapati's brother-in-law Vinay Singh and village Rammilan Shukla were having an old land dispute. On Friday, he came to measure the land and went to patwari. Where there was a dispute over the measurement of the land. The Shukla family alleges that their house was set on fire due to a dispute. The injured persons are Ashish Shukla, Prem Narayan Shukla, Ladkuwar, Devendra, Pappu Bhagwati, Kalpana, Ramu Shukla. The seriously injured Ashish Shukla said in the hospital that Vinay Singh Tomar had attacked with an axe. I've hurt my eye, I've had a lot of blood. Rajesh Prajapati came with accomplices who set our house on fire. Attacked the whole family. Everyone is injured. We also went to the police station, but our report was not written. We're having trouble getting treatment. The case is now being investigated by the police.
