Taking cognizance of this case, the Kutch Police has formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT). Kutch police has said that investigation into the case will be completed as soon as possible and strict action will be taken on whoever is found guilty.

The students studying for graduation while staying in hostels were forced to take off their inner garments by taking them to the college restroom. There was a lot of uproar over this matter.
