New Delhi: Ola Electric CEO Bhavish Agarwal has provided a roadmap for the future of business in India. By 2026, the EV maker is expected to bring six full-electric models to our country.
A mass-market scooter will be one of them in 2023, followed by a premium and mass-market motorcycle in 2024, a premium sedan and SUV by 2025, and a mass-market vehicle by 2026.
As electrification becomes a hot topic in the global automotive industry, all-electric vehicles are being developed on both new and existing platforms by both established and emerging manufacturers around the world.

Ola Electric has revolutionized the two-wheeler Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) segment in the Indian market since its entry in August 2021 with the S1 Pro e-scooter.
With its S1 range of scooters in India, Ola Electric has achieved the much-desired one lakh unit production milestone in less than a year. Available in three variants, the S1 Air, S1 and S1 Pro e-scooters are priced between Rs. 84,999 and Rs. 1.39 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). Currently, the business ranks among the top two-wheeler EV manufacturers.
While Ola currently leads the sales charts, things were not always easy for the domestic EV maker. Since the start of deliveries, the company has come under fire for problems such as software bugs, fire-related incidents

Lack of customer support, and poor build quality. However, the automaker is slowly solving all the issues by improving both the hardware and software components.
Ola Electric's S1 and S1 Pro scooters are about to be launched in Nepal. The business and CG Motors have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for distribution of each other's e-scooters in that country.

In the near future, the automaker intends to grow in the LATAM, ASEAN and EU regions. The company has also developed the country's first indigenous cell at its "Battery Innovation Centre".
