Islamabad: During the last 24 hours in Pakistan, 613 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported and 11 people have died. With which more than 2 lakh 90 thousand cases of Covid have been reported in the country. 6201 people have lost their lives. There are 12 thousand 116 active cases in the country, out of which 743 are serious and more than 2 lakh 72 thousand patients have been cured. During the last 24 hours, 22 thousand 859 tests have been done. So far, more than 23 lakh 40 thousand samples have been tested in the country.
Most cases have been reported in Sindh. So far more than 1 lakh 26 thousand cases have been reported here. After which more than 95 thousand cases have been found in Punjab, more than 35 cases in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, more than 15 thousand people have been found in Islamabad. 1270 cases have been found in Balochistan, more than 2 thousand cases in Gilgit-Baltistan and 2,212 cases in Ghulam Kashmir.
The first case of Covid-19 was revealed in the Wuhan city of China in December last year. After which its outbreak continues throughout the world. More than 2 crore 22 lakh cases have been reported in the world and 7 lakh 80 thousand people have died. America is most affected by this. So far more than 55 lakh cases have been reported here and one lakh 71 thousand people died. 34 lakh cases have been reported in Brazil and 1 lakh 9 thousand people have lost their lives. After which more than 27 lakh cases have been reported in India and more than 52 thousand people have lost their lives. More than 9 lakh cases have been reported in Russia and 15 thousand people have died.
