Meerut: RLD president and Rajya Sabha MP Chaudhary Jayant Singh has already clarified the status of the alliance regarding the Khatauli assembly by-election. At the same time, the Samajwadi Party has also made a big announcement and has given command of the by-election in the hands of RLD. The SP has announced that the RLD candidate will contest the Khatauli bypoll, while Rampur and Mainpuri will be contested on the same Samajwadi Party symbol.

Chaudhary Jayant Singh, who reached Baghpat earlier on Tuesday, clarified the situation about the election and said that the election will be fought on the symbol of RLD in Khatauli and Samajwadi Party in Rampur and Mainpuri. If a strong candidate will be fielded from Khatauli, then the civic elections will also be strongly contested. The strategy for the election has been decided. He claimed victory in all three seats. He had come to inaugurate the volleyball competition in Kandera village of Baghpat district.

RLD will hold three public meetings on November 13 for the Khatauli bypoll. Before the announcement of the elections, preparations were going on for a road show and public meeting in Mansoorpur on November 15. But RLD has changed its strategy. District President Sandeep Chaudhary said that on November 13, public meetings will be held in Khedi Quraish, Pipalhera and Mansoorpur. It is being said that the RLD candidate will be announced after these 3 public meetings. RLD leaders inspected the venue for RLD president Jayant Chaudhary's meeting to be held in Mansurpur on November 15. District President Sandeep Malik said that leaders and workers have been given the responsibility to bring a maximum number of people to the rally.
