Saturday, after allegedly being run over by a speeding car at Jhinjhana town in Shamli district a teacher was crushed to death while seven other injured, police said .
The incident occurred last evening while the victims were out for an evening walk. Sanjay Kumar (38), teacher of a local inter college, died on the spot. The injured were takken to hospital.
Three occupants of the car Manoj, Ravi and Sethpal were taken into police custody and was found under the influence of alcohol.
