Abu Dhabi: Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) beat Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 12 runs in the 13th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) match played on Saturday. Even after the defeat, Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) star pacer Sandeep Sharma was able to get a very special position. He took the wicket of Mandeep Singh to complete 100 wickets in IPL career. Sandeep is the sixth Indian fast bowler to get more than 100 wickets in IPL.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar has the highest wicket among Indian players. He took 136 wickets so far. With 119 wickets, Umesh Yadav is second in the list. Ashish Nehra, who took 106 wickets, is third. Vinay Kumar is the fourth-highest wicket-taker Indian bowler with 105 wickets. Zaheer Khan has taken 102 wickets. Sandeep Sharma has moved up to the sixth position in the list with 101 wickets.
Sandeep Sharma made his debut in IPL in 2013. He is the third bowler since 2013 to have 100 wickets to his name. Chahal has been the highest wicket-taker in IPL since 2013. He has won 115 wickets in the last seven seasons. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has taken 113 wickets since 2013.
