Conflict is the common part of any start up business. It appears very often and sometimes it does not even come to the front. Many stories of startup have been developed based on excellent ideas, firm promise and initial traction. Similarly, many of them are diminished not because of market demand only also due to the initial conflicts that they faced.

It is the conflict between the founders and the key leaders of the company. And especially this conflict arises when the key players in this start up is departed from very core mission. However, the differences come when the leader knows well to handle the conflict. The power to analyze the impact of conflict over your start up is the most important key to way out the situation.

What should you do?

In any extreme case when the heart of the key players have been changed. However, they were excited once about the idea but any how they have lost the interest in it. You should make clear discussion about the situation and order them to leave. It would be the right choice for your company and the employment. 

Many complex and complicated conflicts can come in the progress where you may need to change your core mission. In this condition, you should leave your ego and try to find an objective to take on the issue. Change of direction in mission is not showcasing your weakness. But if you are right and unable to satisfy other heads according to your point of view, then back to the square one. And finally, do the required changes as per the precise assessment that fits your situation.
