Begusarai: In Begusarai, Bihar, the state's Deputy CM Tarkeshwar Prasad got stuck three times while uttering the word 'Upanishad' but could not speak properly even after that. After constantly faltering in speaking 'Upanishads', he changed the word and moved on. In fact, the Deputy Chief Minister had arrived in Begusarai to attend a three-tier Panchayat Representatives' Conference in Begusarai town for the Legislative Council elections. While addressing the event, he was counting the achievements of the government and due to this, he said that just as women in India have been described in the 'Upanishads', the government of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has given 50 percent reservation to women.
Due to this, the Deputy CM got stuck 3 times in saying the word 'Upanishad' and then took the matter forward. In Begusarai, a three-tier Panchayat Representative Ceremony was organized at Panhans Garden in the city to mark the Bihar Legislative Council elections. The conference was attended by Bihar Government's Deputy CM Tar Kishore Prasad, Food Supplies Minister Lacy Singh, and addressed by the Panchayat representatives. Deputy CM Tarkeshwar Prasad said that today the world recognizes the strength and iron of the country's PM Narendra Modi.
"So, you should make Rajnish Kumar win the legislative councilor election in Begusarai and this victory will neither be ours nor the victory of the leaders sitting on the dais. So, to strengthen the PM's hand, let the BJP candidate win this election.
