Lucknow:The 2016 sub-inspector recruitment case in Uttar Pradesh was pending for a long time. 2486 candidates were found qualified for b-inspector recruitment, whose training was also completed, but their posting was stayed by the High Court. The Supreme Court has now overturned the High Court's decision to allow 2486 eligible candidates to be posted at the earliest.

The Supreme Court has upheld the uttar pradesh police recruitment promotion board's decision after hearing it. Tell me that these candidates were sitting at home even after completing their training. Now the apex court has issued an order for posting of these candidates. After some protests, the matter reached the court and cleared the door for candidates to get jobs.

The sub inspector, who had already completed his training before the passing out parade, was sent home. The apex court quashed the high court order after the hearing and also said that the result issued by the police recruitment board was correct. The order was reserved in the Supreme Court from February 05, 2021, which was decided on a hearing held today on January 7.
