New Delhi: A big thing has come to light in the famous Vikas Dubey encounter case. According to sources, the commission investigating the encounter has given a clean chit to the Uttar Pradesh police. The encounter was accused of being fake. Six Arjia were filed in the apex court for judicial investigation of Vikas Dubey's encounter, on which the court set up an inquiry commission.

The Commission has not found any evidence in the investigation to term the encounter as fake. The Commission is about to submit its report to the Supreme Court. More importantly, even Vikas Dubey's family members have not testified before the Commission of Inquiry. Only statements of policemen have been recorded before the Commission. The policemen have justified the encounter. On 3rd July, Vikas Dubey and his henchmen killed eight policemen in Bikru village.

Vikas and his accomplices had then fled. Vikas was later arrested from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. UP police say the vehicle in which the gangster was riding overturned when she was bringing Vikas Dubey back. Taking advantage of the spot, Vikas snatched the pistol of a policeman and tried to escape. In the meantime, he opened fire on the police. The police then retaliated in their defense in which he was killed.
