Mumbai: In the case of concealing information in the electoral affidavit against Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, the Supreme Court has canceled the order of the High Court and ordered for prosecution. In this 2014 case, the Bombay High Court dismissed the application against Fadnavis, concluding the case. Now the top court has canceled the judgment from the High Court and ordered the trial court to continue hearing the case.

CM Fadnavis is accused of concealing information about two criminal cases pending against him in the affidavit of the Election Commission during the 2014 assembly elections.
