New Delhi: The petition filed in Jamiat-Ulema-Hind's Markaj case will be heard in the apex court on April 13 through video conferencing. In this petition, media coverage has been described as malicious. The petition says that the media is acting irresponsibly. Media is showing as if Muslims are carrying out a campaign to spread the infection of Corona. Therefore, the top court should stop this and order action against those who spread false rumors on social media along with the media.

The court will also hear the petition filed against the PM Care Relief Fund in the apex court on April 13. A lawyer ML Sharma has filed this petition himself. The petition said that the Prime Minister cannot create a separate PM Relief Care Fund. It is wrong by law. That is why the money received under this fund should be transferred to the government fund.

According to the petitioner, the Prime Minister has done wrong by using his office. In the petition, PM Modi has not been made a party under the Prime Minister of the country, but a party has been made like an individual man. The petition also states that apart from Narendra Damodar Das Modi, Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah and Nirmala Sitharaman are members.
