Anti-terrorism campaign intensified in Jammu and Kashmir, here's the reason

Srinagar: After the terrorist incidents including hand grenade attack on security forces in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, an official here said that security forces have intensified surveillance and search operation of terrorists. Anti-terrorism operations have been intensified as part of an active strategy to thwart any terrorist attack on security forces in the state.

Giving information, officials have said that to keep law and order as they are, this campaign has been going on since August 5. On this day, the Modi government abolished the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. On the law and order front, the situation has become more common. To ensure that terrorists cannot launch any kind of attacks, counter-terrorism operations have been further mobilized.

Security has been strengthened around important buildings under this operation. It also includes Srinagar Airport and Police Office. Additional security bunkers are being built in the Valley city and other places to prevent terrorists from moving from one place to another. Simultaneously search operations have also been intensified.
