New Delhi: Tata Sons' bid for the legendary state-run airline Air India has been accepted. The official announcement can take place at any time. Now the biggest question that comes to mind is what will happen to government employees working in Air India? Will their job continue or what kind of change will it take? What about all the facilities they get?

Tata Group, the new owner of Air India, is said to have to face a number of problems initially. The government is selling its 100 per cent stake in Air India. Air India is an international career. At the same time, the government is also disinvesting in Indian Airlines and Air India Express. Indian Airlines was renamed Air India after the merger of Indian in 2007. Air India Express was started in 2005 and mainly connects Kerala and Gulf countries. In addition to these three airlines, the government is also selling a 50 per cent stake in Air India SATS Airport Services.

Air India fleet has 1500 trained pilots and more than 2000 aircraft engineers. The work culture of Tata Group is very good. Even then, the way and standards work in a private company and a public company are completely different. Experts say the number of employees tata sons will get belong stoking Air India and Indian airlines. Both of them are public sector companies. Even then, there is a lot of difference between the functioning, internal process, human relations, working conditions, timing and methods. Tata Group will have to manage this problem well.
