New Delhi: Team India has left for Sri Lanka today and will reach Colombo after 4 pm today. Team India is scheduled to play a limited-overs series against Sri Lanka. The team consists of 20 players and five net bowlers. The Sri Lankan Cricket (SLC) official confirmed that Team India will reach Colombo after 4 pm and start the quarantine period directly.

Team India, captained by Shikhar Dhawan and led by coach Rahul Dravid, will play three ODIs and three T20Is against Sri Lanka next month. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) tweeted that, "All set. The players going to Sri Lanka are on the plane.'' Dhawan had said on Sunday that the team will start practice three days after arriving in Colombo. Team India will play their first ODI on the tour of Sri Lanka on July 13, while the second match of the series will be played on July 16. The final match of the ODI series will be played on July 18.

The T20 series will begin on July 21. The second match of the limited-overs series will be played on July 23, while the final match of the series and tour will be played on July 25. All these matches will be played in Colombo. According to Indian time, ODIs will start at 2.30 pm while T20 matches will start at 7 pm.
