Patna: Bihar Leader of the Opposition and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has made a big statement about Union Minister of State for Home Affairs and senior BJP leader Nityanand Rai. This has heated up the state of Bihar. "Nityanand Rai, who had met me before being made a Union minister, had expressed his desire to join the Rashtriya Janata Dal.''

Recently, Tejashwi Yadav also made a statement about NDA's presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu. They have anointed Murmu as a 'statue'. Replying to questions from reporters on this, Tejashwi also mentioned Nityanand Rai. He said "When Nityanand Rai himself came to me with a request to join the Rashtriya Janata Dal. Nityanand Rai had told me that he was not feeling well in the BJP, so what would he say now?''

After this statement of Tejashwi, the situation in Bihar heated up. Even though there has been no response from Nityanand Rai. But the BJP has hit back at Tejashwi's statement. The BJP said that what Tejashwi Yadav is claiming is not a matter of it, it is completely false. BJP state vice-president Rajiv Ranjan said Tejashwi Yadav is considering himself a dwarf in front of Nityananda. This shows their mental bankruptcy. Earlier, the BJP had also cornered Tejashwi over his Draupadi Murmu statement. The BJP had then said that he should apologise to Draupadi Murmu. He also said that Tejashwi's statement is anti-tribal.
