Patna: During the proceedings of the budget session of Bihar Legislative Assembly, on Wednesday there came a time when Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav had to say in the House that, 'I was born in a peon flat'. Meanwhile, MLA Vinay Chaudhary from Janipur Dal United (JDU) Benipur started discussing the shepherd school and wrestler school started during the reign of former CM Lalu Prasad Yadav.
