Hyderabad: Recently, the Telangana High Court has issued an order regarding allotment of DSP, Additional SP and SP (Non-Cadre) posts keeping in view the state law division. Apart from this, he has also given instructions about taking the option available nearby. According to the information received, the High Court has ordered an order to take cognizance of the information of the Senior Officer Reorganization Advisory Committee.

The High Court has also said to give information about the posts allocated to Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Home Department and DGP, considering the repartition law. It is being told that an order has been issued to complete this process in six weeks. Apart from this, a directive has been passed with the government of Telangan and Andhra Pradesh to support the Center for DGP.

DSP G Naganna of Kurnool district filed a petition in the High Court and in his petition, he said, 'Why did he not be allocated the post in Andhra Pradesh, questioned it.' On the petition filed there, the aforesaid order was heard by a bench of Justice Justice MS Ramchandra Rao, Justice T Amarnath Goud.
