New Delhi: There are chances of heat in the country from the month of February. This time the mass scientists predict that from 21 to 27 February, many regions of the country will start recording above normal temperatures. These temperatures are likely to be 35 percent above normal in Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Maharashtra, Kutch and northwestern parts of Madhya Pradesh.

In large parts of the country, the onset of summer usually begins in March. Last year, there was cold until the first week of March. But, this time after 4 years, heat is expected to start from February again. Earlier in 2016 and 2010 too, the heat started in February. In the report of the same US Meteorological Agency, recently, the month of January has been the hottest on Earth in the past 141 years.

Meteorologist Anupam Kashyapi has informed that night temperature has started rising in 15% areas of the country like Rayalaseema, South Chhattisgarh, South Gujarat and Madhya Maharashtra from this week. After 21 February, the temperature will be 2 to 60 more than normal in a 30 percent share. Due to weather changes, due to anti cyclone and east winds, the effect of western disturbance has been weak. Due to which the northern winds are not reaching Maharashtra.
