Dehradun: In Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand, the Ayurveda department is accused of taking possession of a villager's house. In the case, the victim has approached the District Magistrate's Office for justice. The victim is accused that the department has been in possession for the last 14 years. In fact, Kheem Singh, a resident of Jakhathana village in Bageshwar district, has accused the officers of Ayurveda Department for forcibly occupying the house.

The victim says that in order to help the villagers in the health facility, in the year 2000, he had given a room to the Ayurvedic hospital in his notebook house. In the presence of officials and villagers, it was determined that the department would be given free room for five years. Later the department will arrange its building and vacate the house. At the same time, if the house is not vacant, the rent of the building will have to be paid on time.

The victim said that the department has neither paid them rent nor repaired the house since 2005. Due to lack of care, the condition of the house has become very bad. He has had to take his family to another place in view of the family's safety. He said that despite saying so many times, the department is neither paying the rent of the house nor repairing it. The victim has demanded justice from the district administration and demanded justice.
