The actor Kishore Bhanushali, who can currently be seen in the hit sitcom Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, is well-known in the television industry. The actor resembles the late Bollywood performer Dev Anand. He recently discussed his difficulties in getting opportunities in the entertainment industry because of his resemblance to the late actor in an interview with IANS.
He revealed, "I had to work hard to find a job. Many people won't believe this but being a lookalike of Dev Sahab cost me a lot of acting opportunities. However, I never stopped trying. I have always believed that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I kept going and eventually things started working in my favour."
When discussing his first encounter with the "Guide" actor, Kishore shares: "Dev Anand Sir first advised me to finish my studies before entering this world when I told him about my interest in acting when we first met when I was very young. I persisted because of my passion for acting and my love for him. In my current three-hour stand-up comedy performance, "Kishore ki Awaaz Dev ka Andaaz," I sing in addition to performing comedy. I've been in the entertainment industry for more than three decades, and Dev Ji helped me establish my reputation."
