New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear the PIL filed in the Hyderabad encounter case on Wednesday. Let me tell you that all the four accused of gang-raping and then killing a female doctor in Hyderabad were killed by the police in an encounter on Friday.

On Monday, advocate GS Mani demanded an early hearing on his petition, first CJI SA Bobde said that the Telangana High Court has already taken cognizance of the case, but on the insistence of the petitioner, the CJI said that the Supreme Court on Wednesday Will consider The petition said that the matter should be investigated by CBI, SIT, CID or any other impartial investigation agency which is not under Telangana state. In fact, lawyers GS Mani and Pradeep Kumar Yadav have demanded in their plea that an FIR should be registered on this encounter by registering an FIR on all officers including the head of the police team.

Let us tell you that the police claimed that these four accused were taken to the scene to relive the crime scene on National Highway 44. During this time, the accused tried to escape from police custody and also attacked. After which the police fired on them. The four accused died on the spot in this encounter.
