Jalandhar: In the posh area of Jalandhar, the company which made a pretense of putting a gold kitty, cheated crores and tied up its bags and escaped. The company used to send its customers on a tour to America so that the customer would have confidence in them. On Tuesday, the company's department was locked and escaped, and the customer gathering was extended till late evening. After which information was received that the company had opened offices in many places in Punjab, all have been locked.

The company used to tell the customer that if someone puts a kitty with them, they are going to take the installment from the client for 11 months and the 12th installment from the pocket. Gold of that price will be given to the customer. After which the long list of customers was accepted and the influx of those investing in the department increased. The company was started by Gurminder Singh, Gagandeep, and Ranjit Singh in the name of Vij Power. In a short time, this company had become so confident of people that many people were going to be given an installment of Rs. 5-5 lakh in a month. After 11 months, they were given 60 lakh gold or cash. A scheme was also started by the company. In which if a client gives three clients ahead, then they were going to give him a tour abroad. Many people had been made to travel to America and Canada on behalf of the company.

After the lockdown, the investment in the company was reduced. Before the people could identify reality, the company operators packed their bags and ran away. Police estimate that the directors of the company have amassed more than 50 crores. ACP Model Town Harvinder Gill says that the police is investigating the issue. On Tuesday night, two workers of the company caught themselves by the model town and were given police custody.
