In India, where the total number of COVID-19 infectives has crossed 10 million, the pace of infection is now seen to break. With the decrease in corona positivity rate in the country, the rate of recovery of patients is increasing. There are now about 3 lakh active cases of corona in India.

According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, more than 95.50 lakh COVID-19 patients have recovered from the battle against this epidemic. In India, new positive cases of Corona are continuously declining. According to the Union Ministry of Health, the corona death rate has also decreased, leaving the death rate now only 1.45%.

According to the latest data released by the Union Health Ministry, there are less than 20,000 active cases in 33 states/union territories of India. While Kerala and Maharashtra, both these states account for 40% of the total active cases of the country. The lowest active corona cases on Saturday were registered in Delhi in last 4 months. Even more important, the COVID-19 infection rate in Delhi has reached an all-time low of 1.3%. Currently, the number of active cases in Delhi is 1.68%, which is at its lowest level so far. The recovery rate in Delhi has reached 96.65%.
