Jarni Aung, 26, arrived for a bizarre wedding at the Shwedagon temple in Yangon city. The length of both dolls is said to be 5.5 feet. Both these dolls were dressed in traditional Myanmar outfits. When they could not go inside, they prepared the wedding setup in the parking lot of the temple. A video of the wedding has also surfaced. In this, Jarni and the people present with him are seen offering flowers and fruits to the doll during the wedding rituals. The people present there were left watching all this with surprised eyes.

Regarding the matter, an official of the Ministry of Religious and Culture Affairs of Burma said – We have filed a case against Jarni Aung and his group for insulting Buddhism. It is being said that both dolls were brought from China. The length of both of them is 5.5 feet. The official of the Ministry of Religious and Culture Affairs said that Jarni's group had also brought a small 7-inch doll with them. The report said that a temple worker would also be questioned in this matter. It is alleged that he had given permission to Jarni's group for the wedding program in the parking lot of the temple. Officials said that Jarni will remain in police custody due to the investigation.
