Problems started coming in the servers of India's second largest private bank ICICI Bank on Friday afternoon. Due to this, the customers of the bank had to face difficulties in using net banking to mobile app. Apart from this, the portals of the bank's online share trading platform ICICI Direct were also down.

The same error message was being received when users were trying to login for net banking. Consumers were being told by the bank, 'The page you are trying to visit is not currently available. We are sorry for the trouble you are facing. Similarly, people also faced problems in logging into the bank's mobile app iMobilePay.

This was also reported from the Twitter account of ICICI Direct. The tweet said, 'Dear customers, icicidirect.com is currently down. We are trying to get the situation back to normal as soon as possible. We will update you here as soon as normalcy is restored. We are very sorry for the difficulties being caused to you. Even after more than an hour has passed since this tweet, the situation has not returned to normal. People are also complaining about this on Downdetector, a website that monitors the same servers.
