SRINAGAR: Four militants have been killed in an encounter with security forces in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. One of them is Shaukat Ahmed Mir, whose criminal record is very serious. According to a high-ranking police source, a search operation was launched in Panzar area of Shopian district on the basis of specific intelligence inputs.
