Bhopal: A school student was raped by her boyfriend in the Gunga area of Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal. The girl told the police that she was sleeping outside the house. Around 12 pm, her boyfriend, a resident of a neighbouring village, reached home. He dragged and locked her in the room. Then he committed rape. In the meantime, the mother came to hear the screams. Seeing the mother, the criminal ran away. The police have arrested him.
According to the information received, the 18-year-old girl living in Namdarpura village is a schoolgirl. She used to study in the nearby village of Kalra. In the meantime, she became friends with Bhupender alias Rahul Sharma, a resident of the village. The two met each other. This was revealed to the girl's family. At this, she gave up her studies. The girl told police that on the night of June 7, she was sleeping outside the house. At around 12 o'clock in the night, Rahul reached her house. He grabbed the girl's hand and dragged her into the room. Then, he did the wrong thing to her. Just then, the mother of the young woman, who was lying near the room, heard the voice of the daughter. She looked into the gap between the doors and saw Rahul in an objectionable position with her daughter. The mother separated the girl from him. Then the criminal got the chance and ran away. The next day, the girl came to the police station and lodged a case of rape against the culprit.
The girl said that Bhupender had raped her 3-4 times within a month. The criminal threatened to kill her. So the girl kept quiet. On June 7, the culprit misbehaved with the girl by threatening her again. The criminal is unemployed and his family does agriculture.
