New Delhi: India has deployed special forces in Ladakh amidst the escalation from China. According to sources, units of Para Special Forces have been taken from various places in the country to Ladakh, where they are practicing. Special forces played a key role in the surgical strike against Pakistan in 2017. Sources said that if required, they can also be used against China.

Special Forces troops have been deployed in East Ladakh. They have been made fully aware of their roles, which may have to be done if the dispute with China escalates. There are more than 12 Special Forces regiments in India that take training in different areas. Special Forces contingents deployed in Jammu and Kashmir regularly practice wargames in Leh and surrounding areas.

Let us tell you that there is tension between India and China since early May. This tension increased after the Khuni conflict in Ladakh's Galvan Valley on 15 June. In this clash, 20 soldiers of India were martyred, while China did not give any information about the killing of its soldiers.
