New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday heard the case of Shankar Mishra, accused of urinating on an Air India flight. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police has sought the custody of Shankar Mishra. Police said they want to settle the entire incident. At the same time, accused Shankar Mishra told the court that he did not do this. Mishra said the elderly woman passenger had urinated on her own.

According to the report, Shankar Mishra's counsel told the court that the woman's seat was blocked. It was not possible for Shankar Mishra to go there. The woman has a problem of incontinence. She (the woman) urinated on herself. She is a Kathak dancer and 80 percent of Kathak dancers have this problem. The session court said that it is not impossible to go from one side of the flight to the other. I have also traveled. Anyone from any line can come and go to any seat. Along with this, a diagram of flight seating was ordered in the court.

At the same time, the revision petition was heard in the Sessions Court of Patiala House Court after the Delhi Police did not get the remand of the accused. The Counsel for Delhi Police told the court that Delhi police needs the custody of accused Shankar Mishra to establish a chain of possibilities.
