Dehradun: The year 2021 was very bad for Uttarakhand, which was very vulnerable to disaster. Thousands of people died in the Kedarnath deluge in 2013, after which this year most people lost their lives in disasters and lost property worth thousands of crores of rupees. According to the State Operation Emergency Centre, a total of more than 300 people lost their lives and more than 61 people lost their lives in the disaster in 2021.

The Government needs to spend a budget of more than Rs.300 crores to repair these roads.
