At that time he was accused of exhuming 26 bodies of girls aged between 3 and 12 years from the graves. During that time the police had also released a video of him. It is being told that Moskvin was convicted under Article 244 of the Russian Panel Code, which provides for punishment for desecration of graves and dead bodies.
