Akshay Kumar is known for doing in films in a year. Fans are eagerly waiting for his upcoming film 2.O. After this film actor will be working with R Balki for a film titled Mission Mangal. However, R Balki will be producing this film which also stars Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharman Joshi.

It was reported that a US-based filmmaker named Radha Bharadwaj filed a lawsuit to stall the making of the film. In her lawsuit, she claimed that the story of Mission Mangal is hers and she had informed about the same to Atul Kasbekar who later went on and told about it to Vidya Balan.

Now, Producer R Balki has opened up about the lawsuit he said "there are always many claimants when it comes to a film based on a real-life incident. I am sure many scripts have been written on the Mars Mission. But ours is an original screenplay. He further added that We have taken the core of the story and added fictional characters to make it an interesting screenplay. She also questioned that Radha hasn't even read it, so how can she make such claims?

He added that director Jagan Shakti has been working on this story since 2015 and he also helped Shakti in developing the screenplay.
