Raipur: In the wake of a question hour in the Chhattisgarh Assembly today, the BJP raised the issue of reinstatement of 14,580 teachers. To which there was an uproar in the House with the reply of School Education Minister Prem Sai Tekam. The BJP has claimed to have recruited 10,441 posts so far. At the same time, the departmental minister was asked what is the paper for verification? At the same time, after the uproar, the Speaker gave important instructions to the Departmental Minister.  

In fact, in the wake of the assembly proceedings, BJP MLA Ajay Chandrakar raised the issue of restoration of 14,580 teachers and asked what are the papers involved in the verification and what is the procedure? Let the Minister give information about it. The BJP claimed that so far only 10,441 posts have been filled. On this, School Education Minister Prem Sai Singh Tekam said that verification at the lecturer level is done at the level of the state government.  

At the same time, the verification of the teacher takes place at the division level and that of the assistant teacher at the district level. In the government's reply, BJP MLA Ajay Chandrakar said he has no moral right to talk about the future of Chhattisgarh. Then, the House witnessed a heated exchange of words. BJP MLA Shivratan Sharma said that big hoardings are being put up just to give employment but the work does not look like that. In a written reply in the Assembly, Pramsai Singh Tekam said that till June 30, 2022, 2642 posts, 3473 posts of teachers and 4326 assistant teachers were recruited and appointed in the state. On this, Speaker Charan Das Mahanta, while giving instructions to School Education Minister Premsai Singh Tekam, said that there is a question of unemployed people of the entire Chhattisgarh. You ask your department to set a time frame for completing the recruitment.
