The month of August has started. There are many things going to be affected from the bank to your kitchen. TVs will be expensive

Television companies say that by August, they can increase prices of 32-inch TVs and larger TVs. Higher India said that international prices of TV panel are increasing internationally. Because of this, they have been forced to raise prices. Other companies, including Sony and Samsung, have also kept an eye on the situation.

Home appliances will be cheap 

GST Council has changed the tax rate of more than 85 products on July 21. The cut in GST rate has come into effect from July 27. After this, the companies have started giving benefits to the customers. As a result, in August many other kitchen items, including refrigerators, washing machines, would be cheap.

The next meeting of the GST Council is to be held on August 4. In this meeting, the common man can get more relief on the GST front. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has already indicated that many products, including cement and AC, can be brought down from 28 per cent. If this happens, these products will also be cheap for you.

Will the debt be expensive or cheaper? 

The monetary policy committee meeting of the Reserve Bank of India is in progress. On August 1, a change in repo rate will be announced. Experts say that the RBI can increase the repo rate. If interest rates are hiked by the central bank, then it will be expensive to take loans from banks for you.

Cars will be expensive

The beginning of August can be with cars rising. Mahindra and Mahindra announced on Monday that it could increase prices of its passenger vehicle by August 30, or 2 per cent, from August. Due to the continuous decline in the rupee, other car companies, including Maruti, could also raise prices due to cost escalation.

Jet Airways' new flight

From August 1, Jet Airways will start new flights between Bengaluru-Guwahati and Hyderabad-Indore. This will make it easier for the people of these cities to reach the metros.

Jio Phone 2 

Reliance Industries Limited launches Reliance Jio Phone II in its 41st Annual General Meeting. This is the upgraded version of the live phone. It will come with the Qwerty keyboard. The sale of this new smartphone will begin on August 15 this month.

The new version of UPI 2.0 

This month the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) can launch a new version of UPI app UPI 2.0. According to a report by Bloomberg Quint, the new version of this app can be launched in mid-August. UPI 2.0 is an upgraded version of the UPI app.

Post-Payments Bank will start 

Post office banking industry can come up this month. In fact, the central bank has got the approval of the operation of India Post Office Payments Bank. However, the final approval is still pending with the RBI. Therefore, it is expected that this approval may come in the month and work will be started in the post-Payments bank branches.

Last date for filing ITR

During this time, you also have to remember that if you have not yet filed an Income Tax Return, then you have till 31 August. It is compulsory to file your ITR by August 31. The income tax department has increased the date of filing of ITR from 31 July to 31 August.
