Anand: An extremely painful event of a road accident surfaced from Anand district of Gujarat. While going to work in Anand, workers were hit by a truck. It is reported that three people have died tragically after being hit by a truck near Kambhaipura village under the district. The local police officer has informed the media about this painful accident.

While giving information about the incident to an official of the Khambolaj police station, he told that the incident happened in the early hours when the three workers were going towards a factory where they used to work. During this time, they were hit by an uncontrolled truck. After which, the accused truck driver has escaped from the spot and the police is looking for him.

He has told that the truck driver has escaped from the spot after the accident, but soon the police will arrest him. A case has been registered against him under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Motor Vehicles Act and the bodies have been sent for postmortem. The police have also informed the family members of the dead.
