The sources said that the police came to know about the hideout made by Ashraf Maulvi in the Chhaugund Kaparan forest in the upper part of Vereinag in the early hours. He is also accompanied by a terrorist from Anantnag who went to Pakistan some time ago with a visa. He returned after taking training in a terrorist camp there and then became active in Hizbul Mujahideen here.
